Is the Balkans the next Horizon to be explored by the Worlds first? Ethnic Music structure, that kept the Hopes, and dreams of the Black People of America a live?
The events on this CD prove that not only is it possible, it is happening.

Though the plurality of Jazz Harmony, and the spirit that propelled all the grate pioneers of Jazz, the need to push the envelope on notch higher, for the realization of that unheard sound,  new musical  phrase,  rhythm, the opened minded approach, the respect to the art of Music.

This are the same values that we keep close to the heart, thus the ground, for the perfect fusion, it seems to have being set by the Cosmos.

The cross roads of the Balkans, the way that Jazz greatness has touch our Soul, when at the same time we project the intricacy of our perspective, It is done with respect, and clear conscious.

Always keeping in mind the dexterity and color of a Big Band he remains unhappy with the sound of a Jazz quartet and he looks in to the harmony to stretch the limits, after some time he uses three instruments on the melody line, Saxophone, Trumpet, and Vibraphone, a combination which has is been tried before, but not quit this way.

The Vibes, take the upper structure, Trumpet reaches for notes, a balladeer would stretch for In his solos, the Sax, remains meaty, and warm thus link in the rhythm section which in turn moves in the standard rhythmic form with a unique Harmonic horizon.

The end resold is a melody that constantly moves and develops in to a dream like State filled with pictures, emotions and color, Solo sections kept to the absolute necessary, bringing the composition, to the front line.

The compositions unravel a Multi rhythmical carpet weaved in Latin & Swing, rhythm that moves from ballad to Medium, to brisk tempo.
A string quartet is also employed .

This is where The Balkans meet N.Y. and L.A.,
it  is an effortless listening, and pleasant, one that is closely related to flipping through a picture album, rather then listening to a CD.
